A few tips on running form ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝ

Here are a few things worth becoming curious about before our next run together:

๐Ÿฆถ Short strides: land below your centre of gravity, not ahead of it. Avoid heel-striking.

๐Ÿ’ช Relax your hands: imagine holding an egg in each. Shoulders down, arms swinging forward.

๐Ÿ‘คStay tall: imagine a string gently lifting your head toward the sky.

๐Ÿ˜ŒTune in: notice your breath, your pace, your body. Awareness is everything.
