A few tips on running form ๐๐ฝ
Here are a few things worth becoming curious about before our next run together:
๐ฆถ Short strides: land below your centre of gravity, not ahead of it. Avoid heel-striking.
๐ช Relax your hands: imagine holding an egg in each. Shoulders down, arms swinging forward.
๐คStay tall: imagine a string gently lifting your head toward the sky.
๐Tune in: notice your breath, your pace, your body. Awareness is everything.
