Learn to listen to your body’s internal cues and cultivate deep interoceptive awareness to find a calm and centered balance. \nWhat we’ll practice: Interoception\, focus on body scan\, noticing sensations\, feelings\, emotions\, and thoughts. \n🗓️ Saturday\, July 11 \nSession 2: Outer Awareness | Running with Open Senses \nShift your attention outward. This session explores how your surroundings\, sounds\, sights\, smells\, can become tools for mindfulness. Tune in to the present moment using your senses as guides\, building proprioception and environmental awareness. \nWhat we’ll practice: Proprioception\, focus on spatial awareness\, noticing sounds\, sights\, smells\, and environmental cues. \n🗓️ Saturday\, August 8 \nSession 3: Open Awareness | Integrating Inner & Outer Awareness \nBring it all together. In this final session\, we blend inner and outer mindfulness techniques for a fully integrated running experience. Move with both ease and intention\, practicing what we call Effortless Running with clarity\, calm\, joy and connection. \nWhat we’ll practice: Integration of session 1 & 2\, effortless running\, open awareness\, embodied movement \n👟 Route: We will meet in beautiful Tempelhofer Feld.
